We had five-nights at Lake Garda, Italy in July 2024. We stayed in Torbole, enjoying local landscapes and exploring nearby towns like Limone sul Garda and Malcesine. The charm of these locations, along with unique attractions and dining experiences, inspired a deeper appreciation for Lake Garda. I have shared travel tips, including parking advice and recommendations for gelato and scenic hikes, highlighting the region's outdoor appeal and vibrant culture.

Traveling Through Italy: My Interrail Adventure
This post is part of my three-week European interrail adventure in 2023, focusing on a week spent in Italy. We traveled from Milano to the colorful Cinque Terre by the sea, then Pisa, Florence, and finally Venice. We utilized our Interrail passes extensively, particularly in Cinque Terre where we could travel between five cities. I highly recommend train travel in Italy for future explorers.

Santorini, or Thira, is a stunning tourist destination renowned for its panoramic views, lively atmosphere, and picturesque sunsets. Despite bustling tourist activity, the island maintains its charm, especially within the major cities of Fira and Oia. The island's volcanic activity offers unique geological attributes including black and red lava beaches. Travel to Santorini is convenient through air or sea, with the possibility of self-driven transportation available. Santorini promises an idyllic escape filled with memorable experiences.
Camping in Cape Range National Park and snorkeling on the Ningaloo Reef: Western Australia’s Coral Coast
While we camped in Cape Range National Park, we had the best days of our entire Australia trip. It was pure bliss - the beaches were white, the waters turquoise, the reef was teeming with colorful fish, corals, rays and we even snorkeled with a chill sea turtle!
Rottnest Island: A day trip on bicycle and meeting the Quokka
